I recall a female US pilot who kicked the asses of three Saudi religious police over a headscarf. They tried to beat her with sticks,...and failed, except she caught Hell from the brass.
When they come here for FMS training, they are covered by a training LOA, and in the LOA terms and conditions they are required to obey US laws and subject to US penalties. They have no immunities.
