On the day after the election they would have approached Obama, congress, and the courts and demanded certifiable evidence that Obama was a natural born citizen and not a usurper. If the evidence was not forthcoming within the week they should have VERY PUBLICALLY RESIGNED.

Then the next level of officers should have VERY PUBLICALLY RESIGNED and the process continued down to the very last officer.
