And we must remember that most Progressives thought there was nothing wrong with the IRS targeting conservative groups. Progressives would be good Useful Idiots/Dupes in a Dictatorship.
They're good during the establishment of a dictatorship. Afterwards, they're a major PITA and are among the first to get marched up to the wall. So that's a silver lining, at least.
