A flaw in the security for the healthcare.gov website discloses the pricing pre-subsidized and divulges personal info of any and all navigators.
Please note that these databases contain an export button so you can save it to your own PC. This is a serious flaw.

If they can plant a reasonably powerful backdoor through this monster, what you’ll have is room surveillance (audio and video), keylogger and whatever incriminatng data would be useful to plant on you.

I heard from a colleague who got it from the news that part of the ‘tech surge’ cure would be to separate out those two parts of the database, shopping information from account creation. So it could be deliberate.

Heck, all you have to go is Google “links to healthcare.gov datasets” and the first one that come up is the link to the database of plans and pricing.
I find it hard to believe that the political masters wanted the pricing information generally available, i.e. versus on a case-by-case basis to registrants.
These are the states with federal exchanges I think.
Catastrophic are the plans with high deductibles that only people under 30 are allowed to buy.
It’s a plan outside of the 4 metal levels that will still allow the purchaser to avoid the penalty.
