I applied at Medi-Share which is run by Christian Care Ministries. Another co-op I sought information from is Christian Healthcare Ministries (chministries.org). I'll be happy to pass on any information as we go through the application process. The gentleman I talked with said they are really busy because of obamacare.
I think this might be the beginning of a trend where Christians withdraw from our secular anti-christian society.
