The Mennonites and Amish have a great system. They don’t pay insurance...but they all take a collection or hold a sale when a need arises. Meanwhile, the doctors, hospitals, etc, love it, because they get paid quickly and there’s little to no paperwork. WIN WIN WIN...oh, all except Sebelius and the bureaucrats at Obama Care. They lose.
