Perhaps but as the law stands now it cannot be done. In fact, the law as written forbids it without ambiguity. I don’t think an executive order can overrule a written law.

Believe me, anything that can be used to destroy this piece of crap law is fine with me.

He has the DOJ, IRS and Senate under his thumb. The House is full of rinos ... who is going to challenge any executive order, basically a fiat, he signs. Nobody has thus far.
