They already do...tons of Catholic hospitals....but I digress.
Why would you need this to be a “Catholic” thing?
These Christian share groups will take Catholics...I would assume......
I should have read the whole article first:
Theres a second catch. Obamacare stipulates that the healthcare sharing ministry must have been in continuous operation since December 31, 1999.
OPPS, getting late I guess :)
....and those who believe in the first miracle?????
Okay, I see the point your making and I agree with you.
It seems inevitable that we are headed for a two tiered system. Those that have the resources will find doctors who are no longer constrained by insurance companies, or the govt. I think this is where the best doctors will go. The folks stuck in the second tier will find that the "glitches" on the website were an indicator of the quality of care they could expect.
The desire for that is going to spawn a large cottage industry. Mostly lawyers I'm afraid. But if you've already created an account with healthcare.gov and given them your particulars there's probably not much anyone can do for you.
Not lately. There is a hospital in walking distance I've been to on occasion and they seemed pretty good.
Yes, u right - we are headed for a two tier system...or more likely, a ten or hundred tier system....a tiered system nonetheless.....just like we are for every other good or service available......as it should be.
It doesn’t ‘need’ to be. I am Church of Christ, but DH is Catholic. lol My grandmother would git me if she were still living, but we usually default to Catholic as a unit. He probably wouldn’t care, but it’s just the way we’ve always done things (27 yrs). My choice.
But what about the upcoming doctor shortage?
I wonder which one is considered the best?
Rumor has it that Muslims will be declared exempt in 2014. It's still up in the air because the Act mischieviously skirts all around the issue.
There's no way that Muslim exemption would be announced right now. The regime doesn't need THAT hot potatoe during the present Grand Opening gala.

Even then, the money comes from the public, not from the IRS budget or individuals.
You would do well to notice the lack of legal action regarding IRS criminal actions in delaying TEA party tax exempt status and release of TEA party personal tax records to DemoRat party operatives.
:-) You mean the Re:? Yeppir. Long day.

How about Catastrophic Insurance? For the hardcore medical needs
It can't be said enough.
With the savings from being in the co-op. I pay a Concierge Doctor $3,600.00 a year for my wife and I. We have access to the doctor 24 hrs a day (his cell phone) a visit can be set up for same day, or next day. All my labs are done by his office. If either of my grown sons get sick they can see him at no charge, just as any family can if they are in town on a visit. The doctor has a limited number of patients and does not take insurance. If something major happens he can refer us to specialists.
So after December then what?
Sure, I understand this. The same thing occurred to me, but looking at it from their perspective they need some kind of established practice to make a determination.
That's what the salesman told me at Blue Cross.
I don't know. On the application I filled out I had give my Pastor's name, email, phone number and address. I'm pretty sure they are trying to keep people from scamming them. I don't know if they make exceptions.
