I don’t think that is true.
Republicans and conservatives want change within th. free market. There are lots of hurdles and problems to be remedied.
The first is lawyers. They insist on control of the system by terror.
The second is Doctors. Like the mom and pop shops now mostly gone, doctors will not submit to the present, much less the future. Economies of scale must be brought to bear.

Communism absolutely requires wreckers. I seriously believe Congress will pass laws to punish "wrecking" within a few years, and that the Tea Party remnants will be diagnosed with sluggish schizophrenia.
It's a shame nobody studies communism anymore.
