So, do you have the list of “Republican Governors” who created state exchanges to comply with Obamacare?

I know my Florida Governor did not, although he toyed with it.
He tried to waiver, but our state's house and state senate members stopped him in his tracks from kneeling at the alter of the feds.

...Oh wait...I did a simple search and found a map.
Funny thing...Ohio wasn't on it.

My mistake. Kasich is accepting Obamacare Medicaid expansion funds against the state legislature's wishes. He's not accepting exchange subsidies.
