The more you think about this, the more you realize that they KNEW this wasn’t ready. That would explain obama’s brinkmanship in the debt ceiling argument. He was willing to allow the Republicans to go as far as taking us over the cliff in order to blame them for the collapse of the entire economy, including obamacare. You are right! This is criminal and heads should roll over this.
Oh, it is clearly the case that they knew it wasn’t going to work at least several days before the rollout. The Washington Post reports that in testing the week before, it failed to handle a few hundred people at the same time; and with only two thousand people logged in on October 1, it had crashed in production...so they new ahead of time it wasn’t going to work, and when it crashed under trivial load, they were running around trying to claim it was from the popularity that exceeded their 30 million simultaneous user design specs. They knew they were lying out of whole cloth...not even just spin or twisted viewpoints.
