Never under estimate the ego of the House V The Senate. In a screwy round about way, it would be funny if Obama’s arrogance and the Senate GOP’s weakness pissed the House so much that they did the right thing...even if partially for the wrong reasons.
At this point, I’ll take “the right thing” under any circumstance....
