I heard that. The operator Hannity got seemed truly ignorant of what the ObamaDon'tCare covered.
She had not enough training to even know how she would be affected.
Hannity had to fill her in. She probably got fired for being so candid with Hannity. She was sweet and stayed with Hannity while he asked her specific questions and told her what the bill entailed.
She was sweet but totally dumbstruck. I'm sure she's not the only telephone operator that has no clue about what is appearing down the road.
