Barack Obama will speak to the nation today at 11:25 a.m. EDT from the Rose Garden with citizen props standing around him to tout the glories of Obamacare. The White House has leaked to the press Obama is "frustrated" about the problems with the government exchange website.

It would have never passed SCOTUS 'unless' worded as a tax....which is exactly how the wording was changed and defined in order to be considered acceptable.....it's the news and Administration calling it "anything" else.

Your chart is correct (1%, then 2%, then 2.5% of family income) except there is one more problem Obama-care has with that, this one being hidden by both sides for completely different reasons.

Actually the fine is $95 or 1% of gross income whichever is greater.
