I thought First Nations people living on reservations already had free health care?

My thought also, I worked on a Indian Health Center for the Morongo Band of Mission Indians in Taxifornia quite a few years ago.

Aren't the Morongos the group which owns the fabulous hotel/casino/truck stop resort on I-10 just 15 miles or so west of Palm Springs?

Cheapest gas for miles around too. Everybody stops there.
