That's not what I was saying at all. Yes, in the mid-19th century most white American were racist, even Lincoln, and I know all about his colonization plan.

The point here is that the libs are trying to convince low info voters that the southern Confederacy was the only racist element in America at that time, and that by associating the TEA Party movement with it, they are planting seeds in the backs of those voters minds that the TEA Party is in effect racist too, when it clearly is not.

Well don’t fall for it. They can only hook the 2 things together if you let them. Blacks think every white in the south is a cracker racist. That is never going to change. You will never be on the same side with the majority of blacks - ever. The Confederate Flag and other false connotations do not exacerbate the racist situation. With 50 years of AA and defacto reparations, the situation HAS ONLY GOTTEN WORSE.
