I don’t think this is going to magically stop when Obama gets out of office. As anyone who went to school with a lot of blacks, as I did, knows, blacks have always done things like this. It’s not just because there’s a black president! I hate Obama as much as anyone, but we can’t pin all the blame for this on him. It’s way past time to realize that there’s a war on whites, a war that we are NOT fighting back. If we care anything about what kind of country we leave for our children and grandchildren, that has to change, NOW.

How does one correct the problem? It seems to me that it’s much too late to do anything at this point given the racial hatreds endemic in our population, most of them emanating from the blacks. As the French say, “Les jeux sont fait” (the die is cast). Lincoln tried to warn us about this. And he was right.
I think you’re right: it didn’t start with Obama and it won’t end with him. He just worsened the situation.
The best thing to do if you are in an inner city: know that the people who live there own the streets. If you want to not get beaten to pulp, let them cross in front of you against the light and just sit there until they’re outta sight. Do not honk or speak to them. Obviously, keep your doors locked and your windows closed. Try to avoid the worst streets if possible. Don’t make eye contact through the windshield.
I know this sounds cowardly to our rural friends but it’s like being in a jungle. Follow the rules of the jungle and you’ll survive.
I went to schools with lots of blacks, about a fourth of my neighbors on the block were black. No fun getting jumped, picked on and having stuff taken. One girl I went steady with had blond hair, so naturally she was shoved down some stairs in high school, besides getting punched for no reason.
That having been said, there are several types of blacks. Some are very decent like us. My best friend in high school was black. My black neighbors were great. But some blacks are just evil, and there's enough of them to cause much pain. One of my nephews married a black gal (she's very nice) and she says she's scared of black punks. She says you can't tell by looking. My nephew is an officer, carries a gun and is very protective of her, being that they're a mixed-race couple.
