Rugge's sentence included the possibility of parole. In his case, life with "possible" meant 12 years.

When the parole board and the judge are held liable for thier stupidity this compasionate, he or she has been cured, or we dont have the money to lock them up anymore humanitarian think will end.

It's not like he murdered the kid in a barfight or that the kid was a bystander in a botched convenience store robbery.He murdered a helpless, restrained kid deliberately, in cold blood, after toying with him.

Methodically, and slowly but surely, his idea was put into practice in our country. All of those very institutions have been taken over by the far Left in our country, and they are now taking us to our doom.
