I simply do not understand why none of these officers will come forward. Not even one. After all, at least one of them must come from a wealthy family or have a rich wife.
Same goes for the Park Rangers. Why won't at least one of them come forward and tell the nation what they were told to do during the shutdown?
Perhaps they all take their oaths to mean they must stay silent in every case, even after retirement. Or are they too afraid of malicious prosecution? What other explanations can there be?
If you have to ask that, you don't really understand the range of nasty things a bunch like Obama and his henchmen are capable of. Serious pressure can be brought to bear in lot of ways.

Maslov’s Pyramid. The federal workers have retirement plans that the rest of us will never have. They have benefits that we will never have. They receive regular pay raises, even at the lowest levels—something that private sector blue and gray collar workers haven’t seen in years. They aren’t willing to risk that.
Then, the fed gov has replaced most lower and middle level management with afrocentrist fascists who watch the white workers like a hawk, just waiting for one of them to step out of line so they can take all those bennies away forever.
Finally, honor is something that has been replaced with pragmatism for many Americans. We cheer when someone takes a stand for something that WE believe in, but we don’t cheer for people who take a stand for anything else.
The educational system, the media (both news and entertainment), and the government have trained us to be exactly the kind of people that a Marxist dictator like Obama needs to be able to rule with confidence.
