At what point is it no longer a ‘glitch’ but rather a ‘complete failure’?
About the same time the government declares Amtrak, the Post Office, Social Security, Head Start, and the gazillion welfare programs “failures.”
The government does not have failures. It simply didn’t spend enough. If only us stingy curmudgeons had not denied them what they need, everything would be working swimmingly.
