RUSH: Here's Therese in Detroit. Therese, glad you called. Great to have you. Open Line Friday. Hi.

CALLER: Hi. How are you?

RUSH: Superb. How are you?

CALLER: Well, our accountant came in today for a visit, and we always talk about Obamacare, and he told us that he got a letter from Blue Cross/Blue Shield. He lives in North Carolina, but he does business in both states, and for him and his wife and two kids, the premium went from $800 a month up to $1700 a month, and his deductible went from $3,000...

RUSH: Whoa ho!

CALLER: It jumped up to $24,000 for a deductible.

RUSH: Whoa! Because of Obamacare?

CALLER: Yes.

RUSH: His deductible went to $24,000? He lives in North Carolina?

CALLER: Yes. So we said, "We need to call Rush and tell him."

RUSH: Well, I knew it was bad. In fact, I've got a whole Obamacare Stack here with examples, but nothing that outrageous.

CALLER: Yeah, and when he said that, I said, "$24,000?" and he said, "Yes," and then he said, "Did you ever think that anything like this would ever happen in America, that any of us would feel the way we are feeling?"

RUSH: Well, here's the thing: Yes. The moment Obama was elected I did, and that's what this whole program's been about ever since, exactly that. To be honest with you, I did. I sure did. BREAK TRANSCRIPT

""Emerging errors include duplicate enrollments..." Oh, really? Duplicate enrollments? That would be the purpose of that, I wonder? How accidental are duplicate enrollments? It's kind of like duplicate voter registration. Think of it that way, because that's exactly what this is, in part. "Emerging errors include duplicate enrollments, spouses reported as children..." Why would that be done? I know that the people filling out the form got it wrong. It's that the software is getting it wrong.

But is it? "Emerging errors include duplicate enrollments, spouses reported as children, missing data fields and suspect eligibility determinations, say executives at more than a dozen health plans." Some of these might not be mistakes. I mean, men can now marry men, so spouses... But here's the point, folks -- and even in this story, the Milquetoasts at the Wall Street Journal have to get in a dig at Ted Cruz at the end of this story."

Remember---"we have to pass it to see what's in it?

Now the monstrosity unfolds---QUADRUPLING PREMIUMS, QUADRUPLING COPAYS...plus the new COPAY to check in to the hospital, and the new COPAY to CHECK OUT.

================================================

Remember---"we have to pass it to see what's in it?

WAIT'LL DOCTORS SEE THEIR INCOME DEMOLISHED. October 2014 will usher in a new diagnosis coding called ICD 10. Even the CMS official responsible for initiating this monstrosity has admitted that PHYSICIANS NEED TO HAVE ACCESS TO ADEQUATE CAPITAL TO FUND THEIR PRACTICES FOR 6-8 MONTHS as this change will produce almost no revenue for that time period. Will your doctor be bankrupt around January 1, 2015?

=============================================

Remember---"we have to pass it to see what's in it?

O/CARE'S MASSIVE PRIVACY INVASION Doctors, hospitals, and other health professionals are being pressured to adopt electronic medical record systems and send patient information to the federal government's medical database by 2015. If they don't comply, they'll be penalized with reduced payments for services. This means the government will own your personal, private information, and you have no say in the matter.

======================================

Remember---"we have to pass it to see what's in it?

Emerging errors include duplicate enrollments, spouses reported as children, missing data fields and suspect eligibility determinations. One insurer said one enrollee had successfully signed up for three of its health plans.

Multiple enrollments? Could mean multiple identities---the conniving latino trick to get their filthy hands on more US benefits.

The more cynical among us might conclude the Chi/criminals in the WH have been ordered to salt the stats to make the O/care debacle look better.

BTW, insurers better check to see that all the enrollee are still alive and that Valerie is not employing the Chi/criminal politics MO----like the tried and true dead-and-buried-voters trick.

Mmmmmmmm....this is so reassuring (/snix).

DAILY CALLER.COM--Kansas Obamacare ‘navigator’
has outstanding arrest warrant / by Michael Volpe

>

Rosilyn Wells — the Director of Outreach and Enrollment for the Heartland Community Health-care Center (HCHC)-- was hired as an Obamacare "navigator" despite her shady financial history: (1) a bankruptcy in 2003, (2) a 2007 civil charge from a local check cashing business for writing a bad check, (3) being more than $1700 behind on her state tax bill, and, (4) having an outstanding arrest warrant in nearby Shawnee County. Wells lives and works in Douglass County.

OBAMACARE'S PRIVACY NIGHTMARE---AG's from 13 states wrote HHS' Sebelius to express concerns over consumer privacy and oversight of “Obamacare navigators,” counselors charged with assisting consumers.....the AGs' asked HHS what policies were in place to: (1) screen and monitor program personnel, (2) prevent fraud and remedy cases of it, and, (3) regulate the navigators at the state level....... chief among AG concerns was (5) whether sufficient safeguards were in place to prevent security breaches.

TALKING POINTS---A West Virginia nonprofit has turned down a federal grant it received to help residents navigate new health insurance options under the Affordable Care Act after it received an inquiry from Attorney General Patrick Morrisey about how it would protect consumer information. Clarksburg-based West Virginia Parent Training Inc. did not respond to a letter it received from Morrisey directing it to answer 26 questions about the group's personnel and hiring practices, including employee background checks and employee monitoring programs, the Sunday Gazette-Mail (http://bit.ly/17M1QVe) reported. (Excerpt) Read more at sanluisobispo.com ...

YOUR TURN--Contact your state AG---ask him/her to issue a letter of inquiry to groups receiving federal "Navigator" grants. The inquiry should center on questions WRT how the group intends to protect consumer data.

In particular, the questionnaire should ask if the tax-funded "Navigator" program intends to transfer personal/ financial/medical data of the insured to the local/county/national Democrat Party, relevant Unions, banks, investment companies, drug companies, insurance companies. Trial Lawyers' associations and whether "Navigators" have sub rosa contracts with these, and other groups, plan to profit, to provide significant info to enrich databases for pecuniary purposes.

The AG also needs to confirm (1) whether the "navigator" was ever convicted of a felony....... and....(2) whether the "navigator" can be bonded.

Most importantly demand that your AG enforce the requirement that "Navigators" must have a state insurance license (consists of a comprehensive test on all aspects of insurance and compels a background check).

Liberal thought process: “It didn’t work in England. It didn’t work in Canada. It didn’t work in Cuba. They must have just not gone far enough!”

I can think of no instance where government did something more efficiently or cheaply than the free market. The vast majority of the problems we have had in health care have been a direct result of government intervention. As one caller to a local (Milwaukee) radio station put it: “Most of today’s problems are a direct result of yesterday’s solutions.”

This whole navigator concept is BEE ESS of the first order. We have in every state what are called Insurance Agents, who are already licensed by the state in which they operate. Who better to guide insurance purchases? Navigators shouldn’t be operating at all since the idea is to “operate” outside the licensing boards and act within an agenda known only to those hiring the navigators, IMHO.

Pretty much the exact opposite to the rules you have suggested to protect “we the People”.

Got a letter last month that my premiums were going up another 20%. I guess it could have been worse. An hour ago I picked up my one prescription - it was 140% more than last month.

However, in four years, since Obamacare has been passed/talked about, by premiums are now almost 4x what they once were. With copays and deductibles up too. I went on my state’s Obamacare site and if I got insurance through them my rates would be even higher!

FUBO.
