Having trouble logging into healthcare.gov? You're not alone.
The Obamacare website, which launched October 1, deleted some users' passwords, according to multiple call center representatives for the site.
Five call center agents told CNN on Wednesday that because of an upgrade to the beleaguered website, many passwords were deleted if they were created in the first week or so after the launch.
"They deleted passwords on accident," said another agent who answered the phone at the healthcare.gov call center. "They lost them."
A senior administration official said these call agents are wrong. She said no passwords have been deleted, and the call agents were reading from a script that was given to them by mistake.
She adds that the administration has been trying to get them to stop using that script for the past week.
However, a call center agent said he'd received an e-mail as recently as Monday about the deleted passwords.

Purely "on accident" though.
I don't know what "on accident" means.
Why is it always "THEY"?
Yo, Dumbo - it's YOU that works for HealthCare.gov. YOU own it. YOU lost the passwords.

Change "password" to "appendix" and "deleted" to "removed". Welcome to the future!
She adds that the administration has been trying to get them to stop using that script for the past week.
There is the ubiquitous "them" again. It's THEIR fault. The administration is TRYING to do the right thing, but those bitter clingers are holding on to the wrong script.
They delete passwords by accident?
What are they using- high school kids to program this?
backing up LIVE data tables before doing anything to them is SQL 101.
And you practice on a DUMMY data table copy first, to make sure you don’t ‘accidentally delete’ anything
Imagine if that was your bank account with your life savings in it? Would you be OK if they ‘accidentally deleted’ it?
Illustrates the problem with lying all the time. Too much to remember to keep them straight.
All propaganda all the time.
Commie News Network
The coverage of this boondoggle is predictably shortsighted but they continue to ignore the elephant in the room.....namely, the absolute unbridled chaos that will occur when these poor b@stards attempt to utilize their coverage....and the hopelessness they will experience when their ostensibly ‘private’ insurer tells them to go pound sand and blames Uncle Sam for the decision.

Why do they need a “script” to say “ the passwords were lost”?
No, they deleted them "on accident". Didn't you read the article?
Cordially,
...and to think all of this commie boondoggle is brought to you “on” the government...not “by” the government. The whole situation is a reminder of just how incompetent and destructive the commie Clown Prince nobama and his Clown Car administration are. I laugh at them...or is that “on” them?
