Unlike most FR'ers, I guess I'm not a wacko environmentalist. They knocked over an unassuming, plain-looking rock sitting at ground level. We used to have fun pushing and knocking over big rocks when I was a kid on the trails of Pennsylvania too. It didn't take much effort for them to push it over, and if people are playing on them as they are in the below picture regularly, this is probably not the first one that got knocked around. If there are signs up somewhere saying it's illegal to touch the rocks, then maybe they're guilty of something, but this is far from a crime against humanity in my book.

I’ve been there. It’s a unique and almost magical place. The photos on the thread really don’t do it justice. I was so in awe, I would never have considered touching them.

No one would care if oil came flying out.

I'm with you, I couldn't give a flip a pile of rocks - inanimate objects that were in a pile, now on the ground.

Oh... but they look so pretty. Bunch of FReepers wallowing in sentimental stupidity, not unlike the envirals often do.
