If experienced s/w engineers can’t figure it out, this bunch of arm twisting thugs don’t have a chance.
Too bad I have to pay them to say “Duh?” with my taxes.
Trouble is that the SW engineers know EXACTLY what happened - because they DELIBERATELY designed the system this way.
Instead of making a simple order processing system [like Amazon's], where you shop first at mirror sites [giving generic info], THEN you checkout [giving personal info] - they make you give the personal info upfront. This is what causes the bottleneck.
They DID NOT want the American Public to see the ACTUAL costs of the plans BEFORE they got your personal info ...
