144 fighters in the House and 19 in the Senate. NO. John Cornyn gets NO credit for this vote. MArco Rubio get NO credit for this vote. Cornyn's treachery came early in the Cruzing process. Rubio's betrayal came with the Gang of 8. Also Tom Coburn is retiring. So we are left with 16 "fighters".
