How close is that supposed to be? Off year and a special election so not a lot of push but is it really close?

Monmouth poll says Booker +10, Rutgers Booker +22, Quinnipiac Booker +14.

It's hard to imagine that Lonegan could pull it off - but turnout is low and it is a weird day for an election.
