If I am reading that right it is effective today —
November issuance. The card “refills” happen at the beginning of each month. No one is going to see anything until the first of November.
I’ve got a couple of in laws that I personally would like to see cut off tomorrow.
It’s not going to happen. This is more posturing and threats by the thugs in the WH. Bet on it.
