McClintock..wish he would run for Senate here in CA. He’s awesome. He’s been quiet, glad he’s speaking up now because he tells it like it is.
I believe he was a candidate for governor but lost the nomination to Ahnold. Someone correct me if I’m wrong.
McClintock has been a much respected conservative in CA for years. At one time he lost the GOP nomination for governor to the big rollers who got Schwarzenegger elected. He has always been an honest and forthright person but somewhat subdued as to rhetoric.
Tom McClintock’s my congressman and he drives the liberals nuts up here in conservative — very conservative — Placer County west of Sacramento.
He should have been Governor of California a few years back, but the Governator was thrust upon us instead.
