I won’t be holding my breath. That poor family that lost their daughter. The shooter followed the driver, and with a gun (she shouldn’t have had), I’d say that’s premeditation.
Time will tell, but I'm guessing that Sparkle will spend no more than 8 years actually in jail for this.
