<...”I’ve been in my house most of the day here in Ormoc City, Leyte, and it seems as if I feel some shaking every few minutes. It’s probably my imagination running in overtime. I went downtown earlier and that’s all anybody is talking about. Most agree with me though, and feel the constant shaking in their minds, as well”.....>

Probably a little of both...after shocks can occur..but the mind does come into play as well...Most people are saying the same as you..they keep feeling little shakes...which is actually likely happening as well.

Glad you are safe..And thanks for saying ALEXW rather than just Alex.

How come so many Freepers in the Phillipines?

One L and two p's in Philippines.

Beautiful girls, great seafood, warm climate, warm people, and so much more. I came here to retire because the cost of living is so cheap. I rent a five bedroom house, and with all of the expenses, including full-time housekeeper/cook, my net cost is around $700 per month including food. This is a small city, and living in a place like Manila or Cebu is two or three times that because of housing. But I never did like a big city…
