Back I the day, my brother, the drug dealer one, used to take food stamps as payment, but at a 2:1 dollar exchange. That is, $10 bought a bag, or $20 in food stamps.

Reminds me of when I was in walmart behind a woman with TONS of food and stuff.....so I had to wait. So, the cashier picks up a specialty item of hers and says: "This isn't covered."
The woman says WHY NOT?
So, the cashier brings out this list and shows her. So, then the cashier says..."You can just pay cash for it if you want". The women raises her hand and swipes it at the cashier in amazement that such a suggestion would be made.....loudly says: "I ain't payin for that!!". So, I turn to the guy behind me and swipe my hand down to him and said "SHE ain't payin for that!!" We both were disgusted.
