My school and First Grade class got to see President Eisenhower in person!
He was in the black, convertible Cadillac Limo and drove very slowly right by our school and waved to us.
I remember his wide smile and rosy pink cheeks.
Long, long time ago, hummmmmmmmm.
Ya sure he wasn't in a red suit, had a white beard and went HO, HO, HO....................Just making sure :)

Only thing I remember about Eisenhower is he was the president back when I lived in my home state of Oklahoma. Those were good years, nothing like it is now.
