That is how gov. should be funded. Small bills, dept. by dept., easily managed. Why aren’t the Reps. saying this? The American people like small, easy to read bills!
They have been. Every time Boehner...or Cruz...or any Republican mentions the House's funding efforts, they bring it up: Small, department-by-department bills are how the government used to be funded...back when there was a budget.
