What this author sees happening in Dallas is what we in Maryland have seen happening in our suburbs for years. Their problem is Hispanics, ours is blacks.
They move in and the situation becomes untenable and white move out. I don’t know how much farther we can move.
You need to find a place where it gets cold in the winter, where there never was a cotton field and where there never was a big factory. The rural hills. That’s where I’m looking.
