Dems, defend Obama! This wasn't an idea from Congress. Dems are now attacking Rand Paul on this issue, when it was Obama's and Lew's idea in the first place.

Woodward is also owned by Odinga, too. He just won’t admit it.
Woodward is a fellow traveler and one of the faithful.

They blame everything on the Republicans because the media just swallows the liberal ejaculate and spits it in our face while Boehner and GOP play nice.

Sequester is a BI-partisan law unlike the very partisan Obamacare law (that Obama keeps unlawfully changing when he wishes to) which passed w/o a Republican vote.
_______
"The sequester stemmed from the debt ceiling fight in 2011, when Democrats agreed to impose the across-the-board cuts if a bipartisan "supercommittee" couldn't reach a deficit reduction deal. That supercommittee failed to act, and the sequester went into effect earlier this year Source

Do you play chess. In chess, what Obama played was a gambit. He didn't think anyone would bite. But they did. Sequestration is good. Hell, any cut in government spending is good. Obama thought that the sequester was unthinkable among Washington politicians. He was wrong. Being a narcissist, he had to find someone to blame. But here's the score. Obama was right to cut the government, but for all the wrong reasons. It has had no discernible negative affects, but he wants to blame ANYTHING that goes wrong on the sequester, which was HIS idea in the first place. And people wonder why we are cynical about our government.

Journalism icon Bob Woodward wrote in a new Washington Post op-edPardon, but there's nothing new about an op-ed written last February 22nd.
