I am all for civil disobedience, but in today’s climate it must be both massive and well organized

I concur....I am not really sure it is a ‘good idea’ (at this stage of the game) to physically pick up and remove the barricades and carry them down the street.
It just gives ‘THEM’ a chance to charge you with ‘stealing’ Govt Property etc...
As to the snipers on the WH roof, SOP, and they would NOT be doing their job if an ANGRY MOB was bearing down on them. Get to many people together and it only takes one or two agitators or plants to get things going in the opposite direction of the original plan.
It is up to the ‘organizers/group marshals’ to try and squelch any activity going off center.
Nice comment - these barakacades would be nice to lean against the WH fence etc etc etc...I don’t really think that is anywhere near a good idea...(AT least not at this point)....
Today is supposed to be peaceful, and hopefully people will police there own areas so ‘we’ don’t leave the area looking like it was OWS idiots...remember they had to clean the camps out so they could be hosed down and fumigated...EVEN the cities rats wanted nothing to do with those darlings...

UP YOURS BO, STFU and get out of OUR LIVES.
Oh please. The snipers on the roof are not going to shoot anyone who marches on the White House as long as they don't cross the fence. They are not political enforcers of marches/protests. There job is just keep the now Spite House safe.
BTW, while not endorsing such a confrontation, you must know that there are thousands of Vetern snipers/hunters out there. Hope it never comes to this. That's why encourage civil disobedience in massive numbers. What could the DC, Park, and Ranger police do? Probably hide like they did in the Rodney King riots in Los Angeles back when.
Also, we should look into where they live. I don't mean we should do anything illegal, but it would give them pause if their home addresses were made public. My home address is public, why shouldn't there's be?
