Maryland is in great shape to take on 0bamascare ,, how’s a 46.8 billion dollar state debt sound ??? This is actually a very favorable thing to martin o’mally as he intends to run for president in 2016 . He is an exact replica of 0’bama himself . Spend like a drunkin sailor , borrow money to continue to spend out of control and then blame it all on some one else . I can’t stand to look at or listen to either one as they plunder our state and nation into submission .

As a former drunken sailor, I must object to your using that term. There are two distinctions between drunken sailors and leftist politicians:
1. We were spending OUR OWN money.
2. When we ran out of money, we STOPPED SPENDING it.
