I don't like it either but I recognize that Kasich is trying to prevent hospitals from going out of business thanks to Obamacare's federal spending cuts directed at hospitals that serve poorer populations, like
Grady Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia. I have no problem with Kasich's move, it keeps our hospitals solvent. Taking care of business doesn't make Kasich a RINO, it makes him pragmatic which is a trait that most Ohioans appreciate in my experience.
