San Diego Judge Gary Kreep, a conservative legal activist who led a failed fight to challenge President Obama’s citizenship, has been exiled to traffic court after several Superior Court rulings favoring defendants’ constitutional rights.
Kreep, 63, was reassigned on Sept. 9 from the downtown San Diego courthouse to a Kearny Mesa facility that handles traffic offenses and small claims.
The move came after prosecutors from the City Attorney’s Office began to boycott his courtroom over his legal approach.
For instance, Kreep often declined to take away a defendant’s 4th Amendment rights against search and seizure — something prosecutors can legally request at various points during the criminal process.
No official reason was given for Kreep’s reassignment. Presiding Judge Robert Trentacosta said through a spokeswoman that the court doesn’t comment on judicial assignments.

They wouldn't phrase their request in such terms. Rather, they would ask a judge to let them to do something which they would hope the judge would consider legitimate, even if it actually wasn't.

Anybody who works with leftist plants disqualifies himself from sitting on the bench.
Orly Taitz is not a “leftist plant.” She and Mr. Kreep had a huge, public falling out over professional lawyering strategies and they went their separate ways.
Mr. Kreep did not disqualify himself since he was elected by (conservative) voters in San Diego County.

Just a frinstance or two: Many thousands of acres of acreage in California bought on the cheap, often FROM the state, by Mr. Feinstein. Are declared "Environmental Preservation Zones" or somesuch green bullshiite and re-sold to the state and a several thousand percent mark-up.

Orly Taitz does significant damage to the conservative movement every time she gets laughed out of court or a judge has to lecture her on basic courtroom procedure.
There are only two possible explanations for her behavior: she is either a leftist plant sent out to discredit Obama’s critics, or she is profoundly, staggeringly incompetent. We’re talking levels of incompetence usually seen only in Inspector Clouseau movies.
I’m being charitable in erring on the side of “leftist plant”. Real conservatives support her at their peril, lest they be soiled by the association.

I agree that Orly Taitz is grossly incompetent. She’s had any number of lawsuits dismissed for failure to properly serve subpoenas, for goodness sake. And she lost to an empty chair in Georgia when Obama’s attorney refused to participate in the trial. However there were two other attorneys for other plaintiffs in Georgia who also lost to that empty chair. All three attorneys wanted a trial on the merits rather than accepting what the judge offered, a default judgement against Obama for failure to appear. They got their trial, and lost.
I do not agree that her politics are leftist. When she is not addressing the birther issue at all, she is consistently to the right.
No other attorney opposing Obama’s eligibility (including Judge Kreep) has done any better than Dr. Taitz.
Mario Apuzzo just lost his tenth eligibility lawsuit in a row, Paige v. Vermont, Condos & Obama before the Vermont Supreme Court which was dismissed on grounds of mootness.
There have now been adjudications in more than 200 eligibility challenges with no court handing down an opinion of ineligibility.
