Popular television judge Judy Sheindlin – better known as “Judge Judy” – told Megyn Kelly Friday on "The Kelly File" that “government is there to serve us. Not the other way around."

Judge Judy didn’t stop there, also questioning whether the welfare state has allowed people to become too dependent on government.

Megyn Smelly is such a lightweight and they put her show right where the country needs real conservative meat to chew on. Now all we have is this puffy-poodle and her 4 minute segments.

Trying to cover a hodge-podge of everything with short segments is a sure way to not cover anything with any depth. It's sad that Fox news has become such a waste of time.

Had a thought while watching tonight. Judge Judy has the largest audience in daytime TV. MK also has featured other guest that are followed by the left, but her questioning and message appears to be leading the audience in a right direction.

I am not sure how Judge Judy stands politically, but on her show, she doesn’t sound like a Dem..she talks about personal responsibility..she has on a lot of people who collect welfare, she tells them how WE, the taxpayer, pay for their shenanigans..I love it how she puts them in her place. Megyn’s show is alright, but sometimes when she talks she sounds like a leftist..like today she made the insinuation that it was Congress that caused the Govt Shutdown, which is not the case..she also had Diane Sawyer on her show tonight, a known Obama kiss asser

She’s a huge liberal. She has officiated at gay marriages. She also was a big supporter of obama. Back when obama ran for the first term, she said it will cost more in taxes with obama as president, but she thought people needed to give up more of their money for social causes.

She’s from NYC and Jewish. How many female Jewish NYC obama supporters are conservative? I can’t think of one.

She is upset that the guy is wasting taxpayer money specifically on himself. But that doesn’t mean that she doesn’t think that the govt shouldn’t be taking more of our money and spending it on welfare in general.

Look, even libs don’t necessarily want taxpayer money to be wasted on a bum. They want more taxpayer money going to their pet projects like funding abortions, supporting gay rights, promoting global warming, etc, etc.

I don’t think so as it is entirely consistent with everything else she is on record as saying when it comes to the largess of the welfare system when she is asked to comment. In any, no, I’m not ‘taken in’ by anyone...I don’t need to hear a celebrity say something to know my own mind or listen to them to decide my own views...don’t take it that far.

I also don’t recall too many examples of liberals using a platform to millions of people to attack the welfare state if they supposedly support that kind of waste they in effect are exposing to “make money.”

Nevertheless, it’s still spot on when she comments on these sorts of things toward people who feel they are simply entitled to take other people’s money. Here’s another couple of good ones:

She made it pretty clear she doesn't and states in the interview this type of system has conditioned people not to take responsibility for their own affairs. Those comments are accurate...you apparently think she doesn't really mean what's she saying, and there's no way of proving it either way.
