I suppose he’s right in the narrow sense that conservatives aren’t “real Republicans” so the logic would then suggest that real conservatives should run under their own banner and let the Republican Party die a natural death as a sort of halfway house for socialist-Democrats.

Why bother having a “sort of Democrat” party when there’s already a Democratic Party with all the bells and whistles of big government socialism?

Might as well pull the plug on that and run candidates under a Conservative Party banner, and make sure it really is conservative and not CINO (the Canadian or UK version of RINO).

Uhhh, no. The RiNO's are the 1930's "Me-Too'ers" who capitulated to Franklin Roosevelt's Big Government Socialism. Their motto was "go along to get along", and it was pure, butt-licking cravenness. Something that was pointed out by the marketarian paleocons like Frank Meyer, William Rusher, Murray Rothbard, and William F. Buckley.

In the long run, the paleocons are right, and the Fabians are the lying con-men; and therefore the RiNO "Me-Too'ers" (or Rockefeller Republicans, or Dole-Bushmen or whatever you want to call them) are the real losers, being patsies for history's grubby losers, the Fabians.
