Sounds like the NSA went through his gmail account and found him playing paddycake with someone not his wife, or taking a few $$ from some military contractors or something. There’s always a skeleton lurking somewhere and if you look hard enough and you have the resources of the NSA and the target is of high enough value, you’ll find them.
