The purge continues. He’s afraid of anyone who might challenge him or disobey his orders.
<< We’re talking Nuclear Safety here, not a gambling problem or pinching female lieutenants on the ass. This general was not ensuring the personal attention to training and controls (and sense of paranoia) that these operations require. He wasn’t up to the responsibilities of the job.
