Obamacare was never intended to work. It is just the first step toward single payer, completely Socialist non-healthcare.
Not much effort was put into this rush job and sham of a website for Obamacare. I think the website development was just a way to launder money to Obama’s Marxists buddies.
If I were even a part of the development of a sham even remotely resembling a site like that I would be fired and never work again in that field.
