Woo-Hoo! Our 4th Quarter FReepathon is off to a great start, thanks to all of you who have made your donations in such a timely manner to help us try to complete this FReepathon as early as possible. I'm now in the re-hab facility where I'm recovering, rebuilding my strength and training to transfer myself. Once that part is completed, I should be set to go home in the very near future.
Get this! We already have 65 Donations of $100 or more and already have 22 New monthly Donors including 4 New $1-A-Day (or more) Donors! (Thank you so much DJMacWoW and TheOldLady for keeping the respective counts) And, at the pace we're going, we're averaging $2,000 per day in your awesome, generous donations! Woo hoo!!
Just got back from a great therapy session! The therapist allowed me to transfer completely on my own from my powerchair to the workout table and then after the workout, from the table back to the chair. Completely on my own! Woo hoo!! Can do it. God willing, after some practice, will have my independence back!! Praise God!!
May not sound like much, but this is a big deal for me. I’ve been so worried that I might lose my independence. Feel a lot better now. Thank you all very much for your prayers and support. God bless.
