NO ONE knows what this is about, that's what I'm telling you. FR is the only place I've seen or heard mention of this anywhere. I'm not knocking the effort, per se, but if something like this is going to be undertaken and the point is to inform and persuade people, a better job needs to be done letting them know what's going on. Clogging up an already hellish commute, on a Friday, in the pouring rain, is not going to have the effect you want.

I would be proud and stoked to be “stuck” behind or among these patriots. God knows there has been enough publicity about this over the past several days; that’s plenty of time for people to adjust plans for a couple of hours. Alternate routes exist. Tell boss you might be a bit late considering the circumstances. It doesn’t hurt for dems to engage their brains (inadequate as they are) for a bit of cogitation. Can’t hurt; might help.
