Before a person can get a business license for his own business, it should be MANDATORY in every single state that they read ATLAS SHRUGGED & write a ‘book report’ which has to pass a state licensing exam.

Maybe then, we would not elect such pretty looking morons who have an different agenda when they are in DC.

Good luck getting that sort of regulation past the regulators! Reading and understanding AS by business owners is the LAST THING that the regulators would ever want!
