The people who wrote this law and the ones who passed it can’t do simple math because they weren’t taught it. In their school the question was:
The government gave Johnny five apples. He ate one and gave another one to Suzy. How many apples will the government have to give to Johnny so he once again has five apples?

OCARE is a Tax, SC said so. Everyone, including Congresscritters MUST pay taxes (well, we know some don't), but how can they exempt themselves from paying taxes.
When it was a Fine it wouldn't suit Roberts who made it a TAX..
It just seems this monster simply needs to be taken back to court because of all the convoluted issues with it. Some call it a Tax, then it is a penalty, just depends who is being interviewed and for what purpose they want for the moment to continue their charade and shell game on us.
Congress pay your taxes.
