Three-and-a-half years and more than half-a-billion dollars later, the Obama administration has an unmitigated failure on its hands. This is why people don’t trust big government to do big things, especially with spendthrift incompetents at the wheel.

That could have opened up a few clinics ...gotten a few more doctors paid, put through medical schools, bought a few million people their needed medications.
Just give the people their freaking MONEY BACK and stop the FREAKING waste. It’s almost just nauseating anymore.
They had 31/2 years to get the website running, but they wait until the very last minute and they hired someone who has never done a website.
If it had been delayed a year, this would be the big news next October, not this October. Not a good lead-in to the election. Who knows what the news will be focused on in a year. And I don’t believe the programmers would have fixed the site before release with another year. If they even knew it had these fundamental problems now, Obama would have taken the GOP up on the delay. And if they couldn’t anticipate it now, they wouldn’t have next year either.
