Irans supreme leader promises in a newly released audiotape the destruction of Israel and Palestinians return to that land.
Fars News Agency, an outlet run by the Revolutionary Guards, last week posted an audiotape of excerpts of Ayatollah Ali Khameneis speeches to Palestinian officials and others with a title Palestine will surely become free.
In the audiotape, which is partly in Arabic, Khamenei gives blessings to those who fight against Israel and says, Peace be upon the children of our nation, peace be upon the brave jihadists in Palestinian and Lebanese resistance. Today the Islamic world and the whole world are witnesses to great revelations that show change in international affairs.
The ayatollah promises a restructuring of the Middle East: Palestine will be free, have no doubt in this. Palestinians will return there and there will be a Palestinian government and that is based on the truth revealed by God. A new Middle East will be an Islamic Middle East.
Khamenei attacks Israel for defending itself: They attacked Lebanon a mistake. They attacked Gaza a mistake. They attacked those (Turkish) ships a mistake. These mistakes, one after another, show that the murderous Zionist regime of Israel is reaching the final fall and destruction of its own non-existence.
In promising the annihilation of Israel, the supreme leader also says, There is no doubt that victory awaits the Palestinian people in the future, and the myth of Zionist power over this region will completely vanish, Allah willing.

I like movies like that because I have always been a student of ancient history, tho not a really serious one. I was a Classics major for a while and thought Xerxes was really not such a bad King as ancient despots go.
He was in the wrong in his invasions of Greece tho. He got his ass handed to him and a hundred or more years later, Alexander got ultimate revenge for the Greeks.
I will say the portrayal of Xerxes in “300” was about as badly done as it would be possible to do.
Xerxes is the same fellow. Battle of Thermopylae was his “victory” after which he repeatedly messed up. Not much of a general or king.
1 The burden of the word of the Lord for Israel, saith the Lord, which stretcheth forth the heavens, and layeth the foundation of the earth, and formeth the spirit of man within him.
2 Behold, I will make Jerusalem a cup of trembling unto all the people round about, when they shall be in the siege both against Judah and against Jerusalem.
3 And in that day will I make Jerusalem a burdensome stone for all people: all that burden themselves with it shall be cut in pieces, though all the people of the earth be gathered together against it.
4 In that day, saith the Lord, I will smite every horse with astonishment, and his rider with madness: and I will open mine eyes upon the house of Judah, and will smite every horse of the people with blindness.
5 And the governors of Judah shall say in their heart, The inhabitants of Jerusalem shall be my strength in the Lord of hosts their God.
6 In that day will I make the governors of Judah like an hearth of fire among the wood, and like a torch of fire in a sheaf; and they shall devour all the people round about, on the right hand and on the left: and Jerusalem shall be inhabited again in her own place, even in Jerusalem.
7 The Lord also shall save the tents of Judah first, that the glory of the house of David and the glory of the inhabitants of Jerusalem do not magnify themselves against Judah.
8 In that day shall the Lord defend the inhabitants of Jerusalem; and he that is feeble among them at that day shall be as David; and the house of David shall be as God, as the angel of the Lord before them.
9 And it shall come to pass in that day, that I will seek to destroy all the nations that come against Jerusalem.

For me, Tet came at the end of almost two years incountry.
Ayatollah Ali Khamenei promises Palestinians they may return to lands in the area formerly called Israel but fails to mention how radioactive the land will be after Iranian A-bombs have exploded on said land.
Two years? I thought I was not going to survive one year. My year in Nam was not something I enjoyed, even a little bit. I couldn't wait to get out of there.
When Israeli Jericho III missiles turn Iran into radioactive glass the Ayatollah Ali Khameneni won’t have a word to say because his remains are embedded in it.

Of course, the historically irony is that when the ‘Palestinians’ did live in in the area now called Israel, they were only a few goat herders - everyone else in the muslim world preferred to live elsewhere.
The one time the caliph did bring his court to Jerusalem, it was for their novelty and to relieve court intrigues and stress. But after a handful of years his court got bored, missed the perks at home, raise a fuss, and the caliph packed up the court and returned to Amman, leaving behind the failed tourist attraction now known as the Dome of the Rock.

I should point out that the leader of Iran was not ever Achmadinejad nor is Rouhani the head guy now. The head honcho is ALi KHaMeNei.
Notice his name. Pull out an AM-L-K, and one gets Amalek. Pull out the HaM-N, and one gets Haman. This is what they are scared about in K'far Shmaryahu, and now they have nowhere to turn but up.
